Felix Velarde is a specialist agency chairman and non-exec who doubles or triples his agencies’ revenue in two years. 

Following a twenty-two year career as a pioneering agency CEO, Felix has chaired more than a dozen stellar, fast-growth agencies including five-times Agency of the Year winner Impero. He specialises in frameworks for exceptional growth, and is passionate about teaching CEOs and owners how to do it for themselves. Andy Oakes

Andy’s a media professional who has been in the tech and digital space since 2000 at titles such as Mobile Communications International, New Media Age, Reputation Online, MediaBriefing, and Media Post.

Most recently, Andy was Global Managing Director and Head of Content at The Drum where he helped grow the magazine from a small provincial title to a respected global publication. He drove the editorial direction and set the commercial strategy during a period of dramatic growth and industry plaudits, including winning multiple PPA awards. LinkedIn

Justin Pearse

Justin Pearse has worked in the digital media industry for over twenty years, with roles spanning journalism, branded content and PR. He founded and ran the award-winning Drum Studios, the branded content arm of The Drum, before joining Digiday to launch its creative content agency Custom in Europe.

He has appeared regularly on television, radio and in the national press as an expert on digital media, from BBC’s Newsnight to Channel 4 news and the national press.

Justin also sat on the board of trade body BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) and acted as a member of the IAB Content Council. LinkedIn

Kerry Glazer

Kerry’s career includes spells at JWT, WCRS, Limbo (BBH) and Kendall Tarrant (now The Talent Business).  She joined AAR as Commercial Director in 1999, was promoted to Managing Director in 2000 and to CEO in 2006.  Kerry’s passion and focus at AAR is best practice in client:agency relationships, pioneering the development of tools and consultancy to help the two parties work more effectively together. The conference follows from the sold out Max Value: How to achieve the maximum exit price events in 2017 and 2018.

Mary is an exceptionally experienced agency leader. Non-exec at Bluestripe Media and former co-founder and CEO of The Truth Agency, Mary is one of the most well-known figures in the UK digital media scene. She has worked with an impressive mix of companies, including Redwood Publishing, SPAFAX, Steak, Reform, Collective London and Trade Doubler’s incubator The Zoo Project. Prior to launching Truth, she was UK managing director with [email protected] and sat on the main Ogilvy board.
